What is Shilajit
Shilajit is a dark, tar-like resin that forms over centuries inside high mountain rock. It is naturally rich in fulvic acid, humic acid and 80+ trace minerals, and has been part of Ayurvedic tradition for thousands of years. Take a pea-sized amount once a day, dissolved in a warm drink.

Ingredients
100% purified Himalayan shilajit resin (Asphaltum punjabinum). Nothing else.
Naturally contains fulvic acid (82–87%), humic acid (3–12%), dibenzo-alpha-pyrones and 80+ trace minerals including zinc, iron, magnesium and potassium.
No fillers, carriers, flavours, colours or preservatives. Vegan. Free from gluten, soy, dairy, nuts and GMOs. Not irradiated.

Origin and process
Where it comes from: wild-harvested at high altitude in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan – the Karakoram–Himalaya region. A Certificate of Origin is held for every shipment.
How it is made: raw shilajit is dissolved in spring water, filtered of rock and grit, then slowly sun-dried (the traditional Aftabi method). No fire, no steam, no high heat and no chemical purification at any stage.
Why it matters: raw shilajit is never ready to eat. Purification removes contaminants; gentle drying keeps the natural fulvic and humic compounds intact.

How to use
One pea-sized portion, once a day.

Use the spoon to take a pea-sized amount, about 500 mg. Do not take more than this in one day.
Dissolve
Stir into warm (not boiling) water, tea, coffee or milk until fully dissolved. A little honey softens the earthy taste.
